Adventures with Beyond Boundaries Sarnia-Lambton

Embark on exciting community-based Adventures with BBSL! Our Adventures are structured outings designed to teach essential life and social skills in fun, engaging ways. These activities are scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly and provide a hands-on learning experience in real-world settings.

What to Expect on an Adventure

  • Structured, Yet Flexible: While each outing follows specific goals, guidelines, and objectives, our team adapts activities to meet the needs and abilities of participants that day.
  • Academy-Inspired: Adventures align with our broader model of education-based respite care. Activities are curriculum-based, but we emphasize experiential learning through fun and connection.
  • Community-Centered: Adventures often begin at our center, where participants prepare for the day, and then venture into the community for the activity.
  • Time Commitment: Our Adventures run for 3 hours and are designed to maximize learning and enjoyment.
